ADAPTIVE AND STRENGTH-BASED LEADERSHIP
AIG in collaborations with the Kansas State University – Staley School of Leadership Studies, USA will be having a leadership training program to introduce organizational leaders and development professionals in the environmental, civic and public sectors to adaptive and individual-strength based leadership for building effective and efficient leadership, and inspiring behavior change at the individual, community, and systemic levels. The theme for the training is: Leading in Your Community: Developing Capacity to Create Change in the Civic and public Environmental Sectors.
